Welcome to Chopable ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and mobile application Chopable (the "Platform"), which connects users with African and Nigerian food vendors, grocery providers, home chefs, and delivery drivers within the United States.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

Users must create an account to place orders or access certain features. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Provide accurate personal information
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

The Platform provides a digital marketplace that allows users to:

• Order African and Nigerian meals from restaurants and home chefs
• Purchase African groceries
• Request delivery services through independent drivers

We act only as an intermediary technology platform connecting users, vendors, and drivers. We do not prepare or manufacture food.

When placing an order:

• You agree to pay the full price displayed at checkout
• Prices are determined by the vendors
• Additional charges may include delivery fees, taxes, service fees, and driver tips

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

Orders may be cancelled depending on vendor preparation status. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Vendor cancels the order
• Delivery cannot be completed
• Incorrect order delivered
• Technical payment issues

Refunds may not be issued if food preparation has already begun. Refund processing time may vary depending on payment providers.

Food vendors including restaurants, home chefs, and grocery partners are solely responsible for:

• Food preparation
• Food safety standards
• Compliance with health regulations
• Ingredient accuracy

Delivery may be performed by independent drivers using the Platform. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of the Company. Drivers must:

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Maintain vehicle insurance
• Follow traffic laws
• Deliver orders safely and professionally

Businesses using the Platform must:

• Hold valid food business licenses
• Follow food safety regulations
• Provide accurate menu descriptions
• Maintain hygienic food preparation practices

Failure to comply may result in vendor removal from the Platform.

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent orders
• Abuse vendors or drivers
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Use the service for unlawful activities
• Post false or misleading information

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

All content on the Platform including logos, software, designs, text, and images are the intellectual property of Chopable LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chopable LLC shall not be liable for:

• Food quality issues
• Allergic reactions
• Delivery delays
• Vendor errors
• Platform downtime

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of drivers or vendors
• Illegal activity

Users may also delete their account at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the Company is registered. Any disputes may be resolved through arbitration or appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of major updates through the website or application. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
